The Goflex home shows up in 2 ways on your network. One is as a network device just like a computer. The second is as a media server broadcasting media files to any device on your network. I run a Serviio media server on my laptop so it also shows up twice.
Maybe the media server on the Goflex has stopped, so the first thing to try (if you haven't already) is to reboot the Goflex (power off and back on).
Second, try a reset . There is a little hole on the left side of the Goflex (looking from the front) push a thin piece of wire in to reset, but only hold it in for a few seconds. If you press the tiny button inside for 15 seconds the Goflex will reset to factory settings and all your user accounts will be wiped.
If that doesn't fix it, try to figure out what changed when it stopped working.
Maybe in your router settings UPnP was switched off?
Maybe in the Goflex preferences UpnP configuration was disabled?
