I have just reset my goflex home to the factory settings by pushing the reset button for 10 seconds.

I have recreated my main account using the exact same userid as I had previously (confirmed by the setting I had in a FTP client, and am now certified insane as I have repeatedly checked the settings pre and post reset hoping for a different result) but:

• only the personal drive shows up - i.e. no public or back up drive
• the personal drive is empty

The files in the "old" personal drive are still there as the GB used is the same pre and post reset.

Any ideas?

When I open filezilla and connect to my goflex home i see all the files I can't see through windows explorer and the mapped drives.

This kind of proves that the files still exist on the drive - that's a relief anyway.

But any ideas on how to resolve??

After a couple of reboots of my laptop - for totally unrelated reasons - the previously missing drives have now appeared.

All is good - well relatively good.
