No not solved - clicked the wrong button - but I can't see a way to unsolve it.
Latest update - I have removed the dashboard software from this overpriced paperweight and manullay mapped the drive - but the same old problems occur.
As soon as my laptop goes to sleep \ or is rebooted it will not connect to the unit saying that my username and password is not correct. But I can connect to the unit through Internet Explorer using the same details. The only way to connect is to reboot the unit. This is happening on all 3 of my laptops.
I'm really not sure why I am persisting with this piece of junk. No more seagate products for me...
