Recover data from a deleted user account

Hi.

 

After deleting an Admin user account from my GoFlex Home 3TB external hard drive, I realized that all the private data of the user was gone (no, I dind't read the warning). Please, can somebody tell me how I can recover it? I haven't written anything in the disk yet so the data should be there. Is there a way a can connect the disk to my Windos PC and use some software to recover the data? Is it possible to do something via SSH if connected with Root? Any kind of help is welcome.
