Remote Access not possible

Hi,

i can't access my GoFlex home via mobile Network from my Android Phone. Every time I try to do it says "Device is offline" but the device is not. I sit in front of it/use it with my Desktop computer.

 

The Ports metioned here http://support.goflexhome.hipserv.com/en/router/testportforward.html are open (Opened them by hand (TCP only)

 

Any other steps necessary or where is my mistake?

Has remote access been disabled in Preferences?  If remote access is enabled, try to disable it and re-enable it.
