Just bought 2TB GoFlex Home. One of 3 computers on network is a Windows XP 32-bit netbook with no CD drive. Seagate support doesn't seem to have a download online of the GoFlex software for Windows XP, only for Vista and 7. Is there a work-around?

The work around is not to install the software.
Seriously you do not need it and you are better off without it. It creates more problems than it fixes. The dashboard software is designed for people who don't have a clue about computers. Personally I think people who don't have a clue probably shouldn't get a NAS, but I can see why Seagate has a different view.
You seem like you have a clue about computers so here's a link to Installing without the dashboard
All the dashboard software does (when it works at all) is map your drives for you and open the goflex web browser.
Check these forums for dashboard issues, and decide if you really want it. See what I mean?
The other "workaround" is just to download and install one of them anyway. I'm fairly sure that it is just Seagate playing games as the Win7 and Vista versions are both 11,437kb with an identical Date/Timestamp.
ps I also suggest giving the Memeo Instant backup software a miss. If you want backup software besides Windows backup, try Cobian backup
