french newbie here! 
i've searched on the forums but nothing seems to be appliable for my problem; on my goflex home 1to, i cannot drag and drop; a message says i can't because the java plugin is not present or active; but actually it is! tried on firefox and IE reinstalling the plug in but same problem; any idea? os : xp home.
