When trying to add a folder to shares, I am getting a "file system error" message.
What is causing the error?
Any ideas?

I am also getting the similar error saying "A file system error occurred on the server." while trying to load or play videos of formats like MPEG or 3gp.
the solution is highly helpful to me. thanks in advance.

Email support@axentra.com. May need to check some of your system files.

What steps have you taken?
Have you tried turning the device off/on...

I'm facing the same problem when playing mp3 files from seagate share. I tried restarting/shutting down the hard drive with no luck.
Any clues how this can be solved before contacting support?
Thanks

I tried it with Chrome and Firefox, with both browsers I'm getting the same errors. However with IE9 after logging in, it is returning me to the login page again after a few seconds. I'm not able even to access Seagate Share. ![]()

Howzit
Has anyone got a fix for this (apart from finding a tall building and hurling it off - although that may be my next step) I am getting this as well.
Cheers
