I've had a GoFlex Home since July. I have important files on it...or I was suppose to have important files on it. I have been getting the pop-up window telling me my files were backed up. Today, when I tried to access, I can't. I can access the harddrives, I can see the drives, I can see some of the folders, but they are empty. And it won't let me add files. Its says my "Storage Unit is not connected the GoFlex device". REALLY!?!?
So I tried sending an email to Tech support for help. After answering all of the stupid information, they ask for the serial number. I look all over the device and I think I've found it. The FONT is so small I have to use a maginfying glass to read the numbers. But everytime I put the serial number in, it denies me. what!
