I am on Mac OSX 10.6.8 and have an iPhone 4 and an iPad 3. Just about to go on holiday, I placed some MP4 files on the GoFlex satellite. While I can see them through finder on the Mac - and play them - they are not showing up on the iPhone & iPad whether I try them from Safari or from the GoFlex App.
The satellite is updated to the latest firmware.
This does seem a very buggy device.
Anyone any ideas? I've had the 'scanning database' etc. messages but nothing gets updated. What is going on?
