Hi, I foolishly chose the MAC only option when I set the drive up and then realised I needed to use it with my windows pc as my iTunes library is on there. I formatted the drive to exfat on my mac first and then plugged it into my pc and reformatted as NTFS. Now the wifi doesn't work and I can't download the install fies fr windows fr some reason. Can anyone help?
