Go-flex sync app will not set-up

Hi 

 

I have just purchased a Seagate Go-Flex Satellite mobile wireless device

 

Installed no problem, until I tride to install the auto sync app !

 

I cannot get it to run ie setup.  The icon just jumps up and down and will not quit unless I force a quit.

 

Tried uninstalling and re installing still no joy.

 

Any suggestions ?

First of all have you downloaded the newest Mediasync app from here?

Next if you want help, it would be most helpful to know what OS your computer is running! As well as any error messages you get on your computer. Hope the above helps.
