i just bouaght a GoFlex Satellite today. i brought it home and hooked it to my laptop and was able to access it fine. i installed the app for my iPad and it said there was a driver update available. So I installed the driver. After that i was able to connect to the drive with my iPad. I then decided to add media to drive from my laptop. I have tried about 10 times now, and i have not been able to access the drive. it says access denied and that the drive is inaccessable.
What can I do other than return it to the store i bought it?
