I brought a goflex satellite from the gadget show and my son went ahead and set it up on his computer now every time i try to use it on my laptop it won't let me access it we are both using windows 7 and have tried everything we no how to do so I can gain access on my laptop but have had no luck please help as my only other option is to return it to Maplins.......
I am having the same problem and using the USB connector ~ any advice much appreciated as I purchased my unit from an online store and would prefer not to have the hassle of returning it.
