wifi set up on iPad

I downloaded the GoGlex Media App to my iPad and then followed the instructions to activate the wifi but nothing showed up in the "Choose Network" options.  I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

What sort of Seagate device do you have?

 

This  is the Backup Plus and Seagate Slim section of the forum. These are USB devices

 

The Goflex Media App is only for the GoFlex Satellite™  which is a wifi enabled device.
