Can I delete files from the SyncState folder?

I've got a model M-400 personal server. Its software creates a SyncState folder on the computers it does backups from. On my network server that folder has grown quite large, with around 30,000 files labelled <number>.FolderState and <number>.Stats in several subfolders. Can I safely delete any of those files?
