Is there anyone who can help?

I have the same problem. In the Maxtor Manager / Web Access and Sharing I can enter my local details which then askes for my Username and Password for Seagate Global Access.
I enter my Email and Password that works online at globalaccess.seagate.com ( with no shared folders) but I get the following message
Incorrect seagate global access credentials
Either username or password for your Seageate Global Access account is incorrect or someone has already logged into this loacal account on the central Axis. please try again

There are two sets of username/password that are required to activate globalaccess:
1) email/password that you generated when you register with seagate.globalaccess
2) username/password that you generated in your Central Axis to allow user to access your drive. NOT the admin user/password.
Once you finished your registration with seagate.globalaccess, bring up your admin console. Mime is converted from MSSII, I will have to click the blue dot with a "M" in the windows taskbar. In the console, click the globalacess button/link, you will be asked to enter username and password, put in the second set of username/password, that's it. Don't put in the username/password that you created when you register with seagate.globalaccess.

Same problem here.
I've tried all possible router & firewall settings... no luck.
Is there anyone out there who succesfully managed to get this global access thing to work with the mssii_2_centralaxis firmware upgrade (v3.5.74) ?
