I have had my Central Axis for about 10 months now, and so far so good. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed I couldn't push a set of photo's to the device. I could see everything on the Central Axis, but could not change, add or remove. I checked the machine and I was getting a flashing white light (no red) on the far right (looks to be an "i" icon. Played with the troubleshooting but no luck.
Fast forward to this week. Now I have no access to the data store from any of my machines, and I have what looks to be either a fast flashing red light or a alternating red / white light on the far right "i" indicator. I attempted to power off, which it would not do, I factory reset the device, and went throught some other troubleshooting steps.
I did sumbit and email asking for help, and I just recieved a call asking for $1500 + to recover my data. Ouch!
I am pretty fustrated at this point and looking for any other guidance this forum has to offer... at this point all I want is my data.

Any clicky sound when you tried to start the unit?

Same issue here, no HD noise, the web interface works...but nothing can see it now and such...Work great until recent.
