I have a Central Axis Home Edition 1TB drive connected to my network. I've just reconnected the drive after a year and although it took some finagling to even be able to see the drive in Windows 7 explorer, I now can. Unfortunately, I've forgotten the credentials to the shared folders, which contain all of my data. I have reset the drive and gained administrative access, but I cannot seem to change the folder access priviledges. I've attempted to change the folder to "public" via the admin web page menu by pressing the "public" button next to the drive in shared folder management, but this does nothing. I am still aked for credentials upon attempting to access the drive in both the Central Axis software and Windows explorer.
Is there some other way to reset the folder accessibility or credentials?
