I have been reading this string, as I too am having issues with the server not accepting the password setup on it. my first case to tech support was on jan 21st and have recieved no reply. yesterday it was posted that they were closed due to weather and sofar today they dont respond to a chat session. if we can't get help here and tech support really isn't there to help where do we go for help. if our moderators here are not able to help can seagate get someone on here who can help?

Please return your product and buy something else. With support.
I would return this product ASAP and BUY Western Digital!!!! GREAT SUPPORT under 5 min to get someone..
I'm going to return this crud tomorrow
and tell all my friends not to support this junk.
