How to change the e-mail address from one Mirra Server to another?

[ Edited ]
I have acquired a second Mirra Sync & Share server, putting the first one at our church. However, now I have a new Mirra for my own SOHO PC/Mac environment. I am trying to transfer registration e-mail address to a church administrator e-mail for the Mirra Sync & Share server. The process to register a new e-mail address for the Mirra server is documented.

Then, I would register my old e-mail address with the new Sync & Share server license key, but can't find a way to change the association of an e-mail address with a Mirra Sync & Share server license key.

Thank you for your help here, Mark.

Re: How to change the e-mail address from one Mirra Server to another?

Hello,
I do not understand the question. It sounds like you are referring to setting up a new Mirra web account for the new Mirra.

Open the Mirra software and choose the Web Access tab.
Click Change / Create and enter the email address for this web account.
Make sure the folders below are enabled for web access.
If the email address you put in is already used with another web account, it may prompt that it sent you an email but you will not get another email to set up the account if you already have an account for that email address.  Just click Resend Email now.  In a few minutes or less the Acct Status should go Confirmed.  You would be able to go to www.mirra.com at this point and login and see the new computer's backed up folders.
If you use an email address that has not been used for a web account the Mirra software WILL send a new email to you that will give you a secure link to create the new web account and password.

Note - If this information does not help I suggest that you call Mirra Support.  Have the Mirra serial number /s in question available.
Call 1-800-468-3472  Listen carefully to the Menu and choose the correct options to get to Mirra support.
Regards,
