Hi, I have a Maxtor Shared Storage II drive (320gig), and it's making a lot of noise. The knowledge base suggests using SeaTools to spin down the drive to see if it's the drive that's gone bad, or the fan. But when I run SeaTools for Windows, it only finds the hard drive on my laptop, not the NAS device. I also tried SeaTools Enterprise, but it also only seemed to want to connect to local drives. Is there a way that I can connect to the external drive to test it? Thanks, Mike
