Internal clock keeps poor time

I have 3, 1TB Central Axis storage drives. Running on internal clocks, two of them lose time every day, about 50 minutes a month. The other one works fine. Before the latest software update, they were even worse. So far I keep resetting the time every month. Has anyone else run into this?

Re: Internal clock keeps poor time

Hi,

I'm not aware of that issue. The recommended setup is to use it with a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server. Are any of them configured for NTP?

You can check in the web administration page, under Advanced Feature -> Language, Date, and Time...

Re: Internal clock keeps poor time

Since that was off by default, I left it that way initially.

I did turn on NTP yesterday, on one of the drives that was losing time. The other 2 are still off, I will see how they compare.
