MSS 320 will not show up as physical drive on computer.

This is insane!!!

For some reason or another, my MSS II will not show up as a physical drive on my computer anymore.  The Easy Manage software is acting all right, but I need to add some files to the device, but at this moment have no way of doing so.  Anyone ever run into this before?

How can i get this thing to show as a physical drive?

If you know the IP of the drive you can map one of the folders on the mss to My Computer

just go to start>run>type in \\<ip of drive> >click ok > right click on a folder that you want to access on the drive via my computer, click on map network drive

then the drive should show in my computer
