i recently backed up my laptop. i am able to see the files in the maxtor axis server, however when i log into the seagate global access site, many folders are missing.
any ideas why? how can i update the global access website to match the maxtor server

thanks for the reply! but still no luck. its been days and many of my folders are missing (music, photos..)
can i try somthing? how can i force sync my global access account to my maxtor network storage?

Where did you backup your laptop to in CA? Was it a public folder? If not, did the user you used to log into seagate global access had the right to access those files? Most likely it was a permission issue.
To force sync, click the update folder list link in the web page.
