698gb to 677?

I had my momentus for around 5 months and recently i looked at my hard drive size and it decreased by 21 gb. I dont know why or how. Did anyone have this happen to them or have a solution/explaination?

Could be any number of things tbh, what size does it report when booting in the bios screen?
