There were no shock. After a computrer reboot the device has ceased working. The BIOS don't recognize the HD.
You can listen the sound of the HD at this link: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3170967/Seagate5400.4_250G

That just sounds dead tbh, I can't think of anything that will bring it back to life, how old is the laptop? and check the warranty terms on the whole laptop rather than the drive and contact the re-seller if it is still covered, other than that it's ditch it or re-drive it time.

My laptop have three years. No more time warranty. I bought on internet an identical HDD and I'm waiting the shipment to test the electronic component.
What is the meaning of tbh?

@D.Ame
I'm wondering if you have already received the other drive and tried swapping out the controller board? (I'm assuming that's why you purchased the duplicate drive.)
I actually have the exact same issue (sound and all) so if this method works, I'll consider doing the same.
Thanks.

I have tried swapping out the controller board, unfortunately the problem is not this.
Soon I will try open my HDD to change heads or disks.
