Momentus 4200.2 80GB-Mac Mini Hard Drive

I have an old Mac Mini and I am trying to retrieve the data in a Momentus 4200.2 80GB hard drive. I went to a computer tech shop who told me the drive was a proprietary drive, and could not be put into any other drive enclosure. Could you tell me if this is the case, or if not, what kind of enclosure I need? I really would like to retrieve my data from this drive. Thank you!

Product Manual Momentus® 4200.2:
http://www.seagate.com/staticfiles/support/disc/manuals/notebook/momentus/4200.2/100342049d.pdf

Section 4.1 ("ATA interface signals and connector pins") indicates that the drive comes with a standard 44-pin IDE interface that is commonly used in laptops.

Just purchase an external enclosure that accommodates 2.5" IDE drives.
