So how many programs can be stored in the "Adaptive Memory" for faster load times?
Does it apply to the top 5 most used programs? Or maybe the top ten? How is this effected by programs that run in the background every time you boot?
Any help is appreciated.

The NAND storage copies sectors rather than entire programs. The most frequently copied sectors are copied to storage. In the long run this will affect boot time, because the sectors that are getting stored load every time you reboot.
