Momentus XT Hybrid 7mm

I have a Momentus XT Hybrid 250Gbyte in my old Lenovo laptop, and i am/was very very satisfied.  I have now bought a Lenovo X220 and would like to replace the original 320G harddrive with a Hybrid disk.  But the X220 has only room for a 7mm diskdrive.

Has anyone any idea about when the hybrid drives in 7mm will be released for purchase?

Doesn't really matter now - i have purchased a Samsung 830 SSD drive 128GB.  And it works fine.
