Generally have about 15 apps open at a time - including Windows 7 running (Bootcamp partition) in Parallels. No significant issues. (Well, machine increasingly gets in the way but then it's old and I tend to hammer it a bit so what do you expect?)
At this point in time, my only real peeve is that the HD doesn't spin down at all so the 4GB of SSD goodness isn't doing much for my battery life.
For info, I upgraded the firmware from SD23 to SD24 via Windows on the Bootcamp partition.
Nothing really to see here. Just posting to say it's not all bad news.
