hello, i recently bought a laptop which can hold 2 2.5 SATA drives, i was intrested in the Momentus-XT but i was just wondering if it supported RAID 0?

I'm not going to say yes or no on this one.  However, my suggestion is to proceed with extreme caution, make frequent back-ups, and if it fails, consider it a failed experiment with the XTs.

I'm using two Momentus XT's in a Raid 0 configuration..

I'm using an external bytecc chassis, cooled by a USB powered fan, connected to Laptop via ESATA via an express slot..

It started out life as SD23, but cycled drives through Laptop in order to upgrade them to SD24. I did not upgrade them to SD25 because it's working fine..... 

I did see a bit of Read and Write improvement with SD24 over SD23.   I'm very Happy with the results.
