Be patient, the programmer's have to find the bug, fix it, and it has to get approved and be put up again. It'll be out tommorrow most likely.

My OS is Win7, but I use the ISO booting method nevertheless. Works okay and now I am SD25.

Figured I'd just attach a picture. This is from my MacBook Pro 6,2 utilizing the bootable ISO.

I have the same issue... installed SD24 a few days ago without problems and now when I try to install SD25 it says that it is the correct drive but not having compatible firmware???? Weird!
I've tried both the Windows methode as the bootable cd methode where the cd methode is giving me the message that the firmware isn't compatible.

I'm on Win7, I try both .exe and the iso same error listed above. This is no good. Is there a force mode?

Well, I'm using SD25 on W7Pro/SP1 since the update yesterday. I followed the directions (including disconnecting any external storage devices) and it was flawless. I think (out loud) that the difference here is that my XT is a data drive and not a boot drive.
I did notice though, after the udpate, whatever prefetch the Adaptive Memory had got wiped. I just need to get Adaptive Memory to relearn.
