ST9750420AS Latency issue on Macbook Pro Mid-2009!

Hi,

I installed an ST9750420AS HD on my macbook pro, and after a month of use the computer began to have several problems, among the problems is the need to restore the system from time machine every week. The last time I had the problem, after starting the computer by Lion Recovery Disk, Disk Utility simply could not mount the HD, only after formatting is that Disk Utility could mount the HD. The Apple Authorized Service Provider is claiming it is a latency issue HD and claims that it is necessary to replace the HD that only has two months of use. It is normal to have this problem on macbook pro with this HD?

My Macbook Pro Specifications:

=> Model: Mid-2009 Macbook Pro 15.4"

=> Processor: Intel Core2Duo 2.53 GHz

=> Memory: 8GB DDR3 1066

Check the drive's SMART report. Look for reallocated, pending, or uncorrectable sectors.

See this article for SMART info:

The software DiskWarrior 4 sometimes report that the HD does not have SMART system, and sometimes it notifies the status of the SMART as normal. I don't understand it!
