I've sent my Samsung Spinpoint M8 (laptop hard drive) for an RMA and I have shipped it last week Monday and it showed delivered last Friday 3/23/2012. I've checked the status of my RMA and still no progress. I've emailed them and no response. Sad thing is that I bought this hard drive last month and it crapped out on me (Error 2000-0142) Since it was still under warranty, figured I would get a new hard drive instead trying to fix it.
I was wondering how long can I expect to have a "new" hard drive?

I've just this second done exactly the same thing. My samsung hard drive had failed and I checked the warranty and it said to send it back to seagate.
How long did yours take to be proccessed and how was your experience with seagate?
