Seagate Technology warranty accurals $182 million for 2010

Seagate allocated 1.9% of revenues for warranty claims in 2010, and in 2011, it PLUNGED to 1.3% of revenues. That is a huge, dramatic drop in costs to support their customers. I don't have the break down by product, but have no doubt the the XT2 and hard work by engineers on the XT is a major cause of this improvement. Someone at Seagate earned their pay!
