I have a 9BD862-560 external drive. I lost my power cable and bought a universal one from Best Buy at the suggestion of Seagate Support. WHen I plug it in now, the drive makes a clicking sound (as it has always done), the green light flashes, but it never seems to become available or visiblefrom my laptop. I'm wondering if it is the power cord or if there is another problem. ANy suggestions gladly welcome! Thanks Dan
