I've been pretty frustrated with the NAS to USB backup feature of our BlackArmor 440's. They always seem to just stop yet the software (web interface) seems to show the jobs still running, even after a reboot.
Also, if I leave the web interface and come back, there is no real way to tell where the job stands or of it even died because of the above mentioned problem.
Right now, the task Monitor shows a job and when I select it, I cannot cancel it.
Also, under schedule backup, a job I created and ran still shows running though I knew it stopped and was no longer writing data. It says "PREVIOUS JOB STILL RUNNING.'
So, what can I do to clear all of this up? And has NAS to USB ever worked great for anyone? We simply must get some offsite backups here.
