Can't connect my ST910004EXD101-RK

Hello

After 4 month using suddenly I cant connect my ST910004EXD101-RK to any PC. I was tried to chage cable, or to enter "Safe mode", but without any success. The CHKDSK was aslo stuck after openning. If fact the disk is "alive" only for 3-4 seconds, and then stuck.

Screen error is: Windows was unable to save all the data for the file *****. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by your computer hardware or network connection.

Event log: An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk1\D during a paging operation.

Or:Application popup: Windows - Delayed Write Failed : Windows was unable to save all the data for the file E:\. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.

HELP!

Sorry to hear about your drive no longer being accessible. Please take a look at this knowledge base article to see if it helps:

Give a hoot. Backup your data on a second storage media.

Re: Can't connect my ST910004EXD101-RK

Try different cables with the drive,

Try different USB ports,

Try another computer.

Are you still receiving the same sort of Delayed Write Failed messages?

To all users: If your data is stored ONLY on an external hard drive, then it is NOT a backup. A BACKUP is having the data stored in TWO or MORE locations. If it is only in ONE location, you don't have a backup at all. If the data is important to you, then have it stored in multiple locations to prevent data loss.
