Can't get Black Armor Backup to initiate any schedule

I installed Seagate NAS 220 and  Black Armor Discovery  / Backup.  Unit is recognized on the network.  Performed 1st backup of 2 laptops direct via router to the NAS 220.  Figured this would complete quicker than wirelessly.   Problem is the scheduled backups (via wireless) have all failed as 'error no I/O found.  What am I doing wrong?  Your help really appreciated.

Thanks,

Does the backup still work when you have the device hardwired?
