Can't open/access on Maxtor onetouch 4 mini

HI, I can't open/access/explore my one touch 4 mini drive on my laptop or any computers.

The ligh is blinking but my laptop cannot open the drive.

 I bought my maxtor 1 year ago.

Any help please.

Can you hear the drive spin up?

Can you see it in Disk Management?

Can you see it with Microsoft's UVCView utility?
