I have a Black Armor external drive that we have used to back up our PC (which used Windows XP). Can an imac read this drive? I am struggling to get the mac to recognise it. I've followed the steps recommended in the 'External Hard Drive Troubleshooter for Mac OS' link but it doesn't allow me to erase the volume format. Any tips?.......
