Do I need the files on my new Expansion PD?

I've just bought a 1TB Seagate Expansion PD

It came with these folders/files:

 

Seagate (folder- with subfolders Registration & Seagate dashboard)

Autorun.inf

SeagatePortable.ico

Setup.exe

 

Can i safely delete these, or are they somehow needed ?

I will be using this drive for file storage, and I will transfer the files myself- I'm not interesting in registering it, or in installing any extra programs.

 

The drive also has a folder called System Volume Information, but this may have been created by my computer (Win XP), so i will leave it there.

I don't have an Expansion, but I believe that the setup.exe merely installs Seagate Manager software. If all you want to do is to drag-and-drop files of your own choosing, then you don't need this software.
