TestDisk it looks good..."TestDisk is powerful free data recovery software! It was primarily designed to help recover lost partitions and/or make non-booting disks bootable again when these symptoms are caused by faulty software, certain types of viruses or human error (such as accidentally deleting a Partition Table)."
Do you think this it will help....??If the program Rebuild the NTFS boot sector...i will lose my files or not..??
On your opinion what is the best to do...??
After restore my files....Format the disc and see if it works again or try fix with linux...or send back the HDD to seagate to send me a new 2TB HDD...??

I don't think there is anything physically wrong with your drive. The fact that your HDTV can still read all the files shows that the drive is working OK, but the MBR is overwritten making it unreadable by Windows.
Maybe you can fix up the MBR so windows can read it again. Or maybe you just recover your files and format the disk and start over again.
If TestDisk can rebuild the NTFS boot sector you shouldn't lose your files, but if there is an option to copy the files to a backup first that would be safer.
If you have backups of your important files then you never have to worry about the drive being corrupted, lost or failing.
You just reformat it and recopy your files. That's what I do, so I've never actually used TestDisk.

The "SeaTools for Windows" can do anything for this problem...??

I don't think so, because windows can't see the drive.

So you were able to recover all your files? That's great. Was that with TestDisk?
Yes, now that you have recovered your files you can reformat the drive. I think it is best to delete the partition completely and create a new one.
