HELP!!! Can I plug in TWO Seagate Replica External Drives to ONE computer?????

[ Edited ]

If the answer is yes, how do I configure one of the Seagate Replica drives to NOT automatically create a backup of the computer? Is there way to turn that off? I do not need two Seagate Replica automatic backups of the same computer.

I bought a second Seagate Replica because I needed more space to store stuff.

HELP!

Thanks\.

The software will only back up to one seagate replica drive. If you have two of them connected to the computer, the software will associate itself with the drive that was connected for the installation.

The other drive can just be used for storage or with another program for back up if you want.

To all users: If your data is stored ONLY on an external hard drive, then it is NOT a backup. A BACKUP is having the data stored in TWO or MORE locations. If it is only in ONE location, you don't have a backup at all. If the data is important to you, then have it stored in multiple locations to prevent data loss.
