How do I check my back up Files????

I am trying to open the files that I have backed up to see if I want to delete any of them, and for some reason I cannot do that. I have been able to do that in the past and I don't know why I am unable to do it. Maybe I am not trying the right way????? Any thoughts as to how I can open my backed up files from Maxtor and see what I have??????

I'm going to state the obvious - did you go to the external drive and select the backup file?  I know the first time

I did a backup it took me a while to find the file (wasn't sure what to look for).  I check mine almost daily to make

sure certain files are backed up.

Depending on the backup program, on the external drive letter (My PC)  you should see a folder -Maxtor Backup- and inside that the name of your PC as the folder where your backups are located.

Then other folders of your personal folder, depending if there are other accounts on your PC.

You have to kind of hunt for it.
