I never had any problems before with it but suddenly it doesn't open. I can't access data or save any. An error message comes on and.simply says Sorry Maxtor has to close. I have seen the same messages before for other software programs and it seems to be they need more free hard drive space to run. I only have 47MB left but I can't move files if it will not open.
My computer recently was infected by a virus trojan horse called dropped A I think that maybe to blame, I hope it didn't ruin it.
The Maxtor drive light comes on the code prompt doesn't come up only the Sorry has to close message comes on and only after I click on the short cut. It is also not showing up in my computer.
