I bought the above over a year ago to put all my Photo's onto and I moved house a few months ago reconnected the external had drive it will not communicate with my computer it only has a pale light and is flickering all the time can some one help as I have pictures of my dad that passed away last year.

I was unable to get into the page you suggested for trouble shooting can you suggest any thing else

Did you receive an error message when you tried accessing the troubleshooter webpage? If so, please provide the exact message.

Additionally, have you tried another web browser?
