I am having the same problems as some of the users here. Not having the software anymore for my iMac i quickly took the backup cd that came with the external Harddrive, only to find out it carries only the windows software.
After surfing to Maxtor/Seagate I found out that only by emailing them I would get the software needed. It has now been three whole days.... and still no software. (I posted it on thursday)...
Useless to say this is absolutely not consumerfriendly!!!!!!!

Driver? or software?
Which one? They are not the same.
The driver is in MacOS by itself - it works WITH the MacOS USB and Firewire drivers.

Same problem - I think when I reformatted the drive because of the NTSF issue, the drive deleted the installation software. I've sent the case e-mail, but am now worried I won't receive the link and may have to return the hard drive to Fry's.
The link Hamartolos posted is only for the OneTouch 4 Lite, no the OneTouch 4 Plus.....will that still work?
