When I first got the Maxtor 5000 LE, it took awhile before the drive powered up. It was like it needed to be plugged in for a certain amount of time before it would actually turn on. While it was "powering on," the little green light on the hard drive and on the power supply would blink rapidly. Eventually, it came on, and everything was fine. Just recently, however, it hasn't gotten to the "power on" stage. It just sits there, continuously blinking its little green lights, mocking me for being naive. Any suggestions?
